“FREE FALL”

hob’art co-operative gallery, suite e 208, The Monroe Center, 720 Monroe St., Hoboken,
NJ 07030 is proud to announce its next extraordinary show, “FREE FALL”.

The exhibit will feature the newest work of Liz Ndoye.

Liz Ndoye continues to explore the world and culture of her “doll” creatures. Always intrigued by the idea of dolls, Ndoye started creating a whole civilization based on the lives and beliefs of these two and three dimensional beings. She makes them, along with
their artifacts and tools, from found materials and fabric she has collected from travels around the world. The pieces reflect the myths and beliefs of this rich and complicated culture.

The show will include reverse glass paintings, sculpture, book art, and works on paper and canvas. The rich, saturated colors, varied textures, complex forms and patterns employed by this artist will capture any viewer’s interest.

Please come out to meet the artist at her opening reception on September 29, from 6-8 pm. Food and wine will be served and the event will be free and open to all. Parking and handicapped access are available from the rear of the building. The artists of Hoboken thank the management of The Monroe Center for their support in this endeavor.
